OMG OMG after being the same weight for two weeks I finally lost 2 pounds!!!!! I'm down to 226 so I have ONE more pound to go before our vacation!!!! WOOOHOOOOOOO!!!!! I'm so happy to have gotten rid of those couple pounds! I was getting worried I would be stuck here forever!!! YAY! YAY! YAY!

Oh yeah, I forgot to update you all on the Neurologist... I went to see him yesterday and he is sending me for an MRI again but this time of my Thorasic vertabrae (last time he did the lumbar) and he is also going to do the EMG (nerve test) again. I have been taking my vitamins everyday now for over two weeks and I have noticed the numbness is getting worse... well it's spreading up into my thighs and above my knees. So almost my entire lower half is numb.
I have it figured out too on how to explain the numbness... you know when you go to the Dentist and you get Novacain? Well the numbness is like that... I still know and feel my body parts but when you rub my skin it's numb and it hurts to touch it... Hopefully you have an idea of what I mean!

Well thats that for now... I got the blood work done too from my surgeon (and since I have an inside source - DH runs the tests!! - I got the results the same day!) and most of my results look good. I do have a couple things out of whack and my liver enzymes are very high for some reason... so thats one more thing I have to talk to the surgeon about and figure out whats wrong. DH was concerned when he saw the numbers so he ran a Hep C anti-body test and it was negative so I do not have Hep C. However, they are still high so something is wrong there. Other than that everything else is looking fairly good. I talked to Dr H about it and he suggested looking at my pre-op numbers and see how they are in comparison. He also said that at the end of the month when I see him that maybe we should to a PT & PTT - those are tests for clotting and stuff since I'm bruising so easily. He also says he doesnt think a Vitamin B6 deficiency would cause the numbness I'm experiencing... we'll see where it is coming from!

Now just to fix the couple things that are wrong and we're flying high!!
